There will be an interim Zoom meeting of the NCOIL Property & Casualty Insurance Committee on Friday, February 2nd at 2:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. CT/12:00 p.m. MT/11:00 a.m. PT.
The purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to:
• continue discussion and vote on the NCOIL Public Adjuster Professional Standards Reform Model Act, sponsored by Rep. Michael Meredith (KY) and co-sponsored by Rep. Matt Lehman(IN) and Del. Steve Westfall (WV); and
• continue discussion on the path forward for the draft NCOIL Catalytic Converter Theft Prevention Model Act, sponsored by Rep. Tom Oliverson, M.D. (TX), NCOIL President, and Rep. Edmond Jordan (LA), NCOIL Secretary.
