The Insurance Legislators Foundation (ILF) is a non-stock, non-profit corporation formed in 1993. The purpose of the organization as stated in its bylaws includes, in part, “providing a public service in the form of non-partisan research and technical information to governments by educating and informing legislators on public policy issues arising from insurance-related legislation and regulation."
