Happy New Year from the National Council of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL)!
There will be an interim Zoom meeting of the NCOIL Health Insurance & Long Term Care Issues Committee on Friday, January 26th at 2:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. CT/12:00 p.m. MT/11:00 a.m. PT.
The purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to continue discussion and vote on the NCOIL Medical Loss Ratios for Dental (DLR) Health Care Services Plans Model Act, sponsored by Del. Steve Westfall (WV) and co-sponsored by Rep. Rita Mayfield (IL).
