Please mark your calendars for an interim Zoom meeting of the Joint State-Federal Relations & International Insurance Issues Committee on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. CT/10:00 a.m. MT/9:00 a.m. PT.
The purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to:
-continue discussion and take comments on the Strengthening Transparency in the 340B Drug Pricing Program Model Act sponsored by Rep. Tom Oliverson, M.D. (TX), and co-sponsored by Sen. Paul Utke (MN), NCOIL President, ahead of potential consideration at the Annual Meeting in November; and
-provide an opportunity for discussion and comments on the NCOIL Model Laws scheduled for readoption at the Annual Meeting. Those Models are the Resilient Revolving Loan Fund Model Act and the Company Licensing Modernization Model Act.
