Corporate & Institutional Partners

NCOIL is pleased to announce the structure of its Corporate & Institutional Partnership (“CIP”) Program for 2026. This program, modeled after those existing at the National Conference of State Legislatures (“NCSL”),the Council of State Governments (“CSG”), the National Lieutenant Governors Association (“NLGA”), and the State Legislative Leaders Foundation (“SLLF”) has been extremely beneficial in serving as a stable source offinancial support for NCOIL independent of specific conference programming.

The CIP will continue to include a limited Council Membership for smaller entities, as well as a Chairman’sCouncil, Leader’s Council, Speaker’s Roundtable, and President’s Roundtable.

Benefits common to all levels include:

• Complimentary Exhibition Space at each NCOIL Meeting
• Recognition on the NCOIL website
• Recognition in each NCOIL National Meeting program
• Advance list of pre-registered attendees to each NCOIL National Meeting
• Early Access Registration for each NCOIL National Meeting
• Guaranteed Access to HQ hotel during Early Access Registration
• Opportunity to author a “From the CIP” column in each NCOIL Newsletter
• Invitations to a Semi-Annual year-end/year-ahead review and luncheon with NCOIL CEO & Senior Staff
• CIP Pre-Meeting Conference Call with an NCOIL Officer before each NCOIL National Meeting

Additionally, below are the annual contributions and the attendant benefit structure for the levels within the NCOIL CIP Partnership Program.

President’s Roundtable ($25,000 and up)

• All benefits of the Speaker’s Roundtable, plus an additional package to be negotiated between the President’s Roundtable member and NCOIL CEO.

Speaker’s Roundtable ($10,000)

• three complimentary National Meeting registrations per year plus one additional discounted meeting registration at a registration fee of $500
• attendance (4) at an annual “NCOIL President’s Policy Roundtable”
• attendance (4) at “Partners, Sponsors and Legislators Reception” at each National Meeting
• attendance (4) at a special “Partners and NCOIL Leaders Annual Planning Event”

Leader’s Council ($7,500)

• two complimentary National Meeting registration per year plus two additional discounted meeting registrations at a registration fee of $600
• attendance (2) at “Partners, Sponsors and Legislators Reception” at each National Meeting
• attendance (2) at a special “Partners and NCOIL Leaders Annual Planning Event”

Chairman’s Council ($5,000)

• attendance (1) at a special “Partners and NCOIL Leaders Annual Planning Event”
• attendance (2) at “Partners, Sponsors and Legislators Reception” at each National Meeting

Caucus Membership ($2,500)

• Council Membership limited to entities with less than 20 employees or annual revenues of less than $4,500,000
• attendance (1) at “Partners, Sponsors and Legislators Reception” at each National Meeting
