NCOIL President Senator Jason Rapert (AR) will be hosting an interim NCOIL Executive Committee conference call meeting on Wednesday, May 2nd from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EDT). The purpose of the interim committee meeting is to discuss Proposed Final Draft No. 2 of the ALI's Proposed Restatement of the Law of Liability Insurance before the ALI's Annual Meeting (May 21-23), during which the ALI will consider a final vote on the Proposed Restatement.
